Storytimes for Everyone!

Thursday & Saturday Storytime
You're invited to Storytime on Thursday, May 5, 12, 19, & 26 and at 10:30am and on Saturday, May 7 & 21 at 10:30am.

Ms. Jean and Gilly (the goat puppet) will meet you in the Community Room for stories, rhymes, a craft, and fun!

Preschoolers, toddlers, infants, and older children are welcome with parent or caregiver.

Bilingual Storytime
We also offer Bilingual Storytime on Saturday, May 7 & 21 at 2:00pm in the Community Room.

This is a great way for you and your kids to learn Spanish or to reinforce your English. All ages are welcome.

Bilingual Storytime is led by Ada Morales and Jean Patrick.

Online Storytime
We also offer a short online version of Thursday Storytime on the Mitchell Public Library Facebook Page.  Watch us on May 5, 12, 19, & 26 at 9:30am.

Summer Reading Program

We're getting ready for the 2022 Summer Reading Program! Our theme is "Oceans of Possibilities."

Kick-off dates are Wed. June 1 & Sat. June 4 from 10am-noon. Kids will get to pet real goats & pick-up their reading charts.  More information to come.

Bookopoly, Jr.

Did your child participate in Bookopoly, Jr? If they did at least one of the challenges, they may come to the library to pick up a participation gift.
