Landfill Inspection Report
ORDINANCE 2093
Household and Commercial Trash & Garbage;
$36.00 per Ton/ $8.00 minimum per load. In the event the scale
at the Landfill is inoperable $14.50 per cubic yd shall be
collected. There will also be a $1.00 per ton SDSW fee added and
a $2.00 per ton Davison County Fee.
Tires
Yard Waste (Compostable-Grass, leaves & soft garden waste)
*Superintendent may refuse to
take Yard Waste in the Compost Pile for any reason.
Trees (to burn pile) $20.00/ton
Rubble and Building Debris $36.00/ton
All White Goods (Appliances) $5.00/each
Petroleum Contaminated Soil shall be
subject to approval of the Superintendent and may be required to
undergo testing at the owner's expense prior to approval
Accepted Petroleum Contaminated $7.50 per ton
($200.00 minimum)
Asbestos $9.00 per cubic
yard ($100.00 minimum)
All loads shall be secured to
prevent littering. Unsecured loads shall be assessed an
additional fee of $10.00. This will be strictly enforced.
All loads are subject to inspection for compliance with all
Federal, State and Local regulations.
All buried wastes will be subject to additional state and county
fees.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Mitchell, Davison
