Financial Assistance

Any person in need of financial assistance will need to contact Rob or Chris for details. The Recreation Center is a United Way funded agency, which helps assist with memberships and programming.

REC CENTER FACILITIES

Indoor Swimming Pool
This 15 meter indoor pool is open for lap swim, water aerobics and fitness classes, and open swim hours.

A lifeguard is on duty during Open Swim and Family Swim. Adults may take their children swimming at times when a lifeguard is not duty as long as the adult is in the water with the child, accepts full responsibility for the supervision of the child and there is no other scheduled activity in the pool.

Whirlpool & Steam Room

Relax and enjoy yourself after a good workout in our spacious whirlpool and recently remodeled steam room. These two areas are available to all members and non-members 18 years of age and older.

Gyms

The Recreation Center has two gyms with wood floors -- excellent facilities for basketball for all ages! The Center makes every effort to keep at least one gym open for our members and guests while programs may be scheduled in the other gym. "Open Gym" is available whenever the Center is open.

The RANDALL GYM is located in the southwest section of the Center, and is usually reserved for adult use.

Rogers Gym

The ROGERS GYM is located in the northeast section of the Center, and is generally designated for usage by youth. The large viewing window located in the Rogers gym faces the Center Front Desk, so activity in the gym is monitored at all times.

Racquetball Courts

Courts are open during all regular Rec Center hours. Members may schedule a court for free, as part of their member benefits. Non-Members may schedule a court for the cost of a day pass. Equipment is available for a small rental fee of $1.25. Call 995-8450 to schedule a court.

PROGRAMS

The Rec Center offers many programs, such as gymnastics, roller skating, Athletic Performance Enhancement, Family Night Swim and Gym, and Swim Lessons. The Department also offers programs such as basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, novelty & arts programs, and more!
