James Valley Community Center

The James Valley Community Center is a community facility dedicated solely to the enjoyment of the senior population of the City of Mitchell and the surrounding communities. The Senior Center offers a variety of recreational organized senior-oriented programs, such as exercise, arts & crafts, line dancing, ballroom dancing, computer classes, bingo, shuffle board, movies, cards, bridge classes.

The James Valley Community Center also offers a daily Lunch Nutrition Program, T ransportation to and from the center.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Special Resources Offered
The James Valley Community Center is a restricted facility for adults 60 years & older.

The James Valley Community Center also offers computers with internet access, pool tables, video/TV room, exercise room, a social area with a fully-operational kitchen.
